The Sustainable Life Lab is a four-week coaching experience that will guide you step by step toward creating a Rule of Life—a personalized framework for living intentionally without burnout.

This isn’t a “self-improvement” plan that overwhelms you with things to do. Instead, we’ll focus on practical tools, mindset shifts, and small, sustainable changes that lead to a more spacious, peaceful, and fulfilling life.

At the end of these four weeks, you’ll have a clear, customized rhythm for your life, designed to support your well-being, relationships, purpose, and dreams.

Your Instructors

Chelsea Hill is an ICF certified life coach who has spent 10+ years in the nonprofit and corporate sectors helping c suite leaders and teams find clarity and develop plans to reach their fullest potential.

Tyler Hill is a pastor and spiritual director who specializes in helping people navigate complex seasons of their life and discover their true identity.

Together they are committed to helping individuals integrate the proper tools so they can live freely and fully themselves. They live in Colorado Springs with their two kids.
