I love to listen. I love to love. I love to help people know how loved they are. I’m a husband and father of two. I’ve traveled the world performing poetry and speaking in churches. I co-founded a world famous coffee company, but sold it so I could make space in my life to become a spiritual director. My passion in life is to help others become whole and know that they were born beloved, are beloved, and will always be beloved.

My hobbies include breathing, reading, resting, disneyland, and star wars.
